Chestnut Honey

Italian chestnuts used to be cultivated and milled as an alternative flour
to make bread. Nowadays chestnut trees grow spontaneously right across Italy and the blossom with a little honeydew makes a chestnut-brown liquid honey.

Strongly aromatic with a bitter after-taste.
