What is RdA’s DolceDi ?
DolceDì is sugar that comes from organic apples and was created after years of experience in the organic food sector. A sweetener to enhance a flavour without altering it.

Concerning your request about the difference between apple sugar and regular sugar: apple sugar contains a mix of natural sugars from fruit which are essentially fructose, glucose and sucrose; fructose is much more present. Regular sugar or table sugar is sucrose.
This fact is very important in terms of glycaemic response; simply stated, the glycaemic response to a food is a measure of the impact of food on blood sugar. Generally sucrose has a major impact on glycemic response.
