Rigoni di Asiago is off to Japan. For the first time, in fact, we’re showing at FoodEx Japan, the most important food and beverage tradeshow in Asia. A total of 2,100 exhibitors will be showing at FoodEx Tokyo from 1-4 March with about 80,000 visitors expected from other Asian countries, Taiwan, Cina, Korea, etc.
The food market in Japan is in constant growth. Dietary habits have changed radically since the 60’s with even greater changes brought about more recently by the global economy leaving internal production incapable of satisfying demand.
